Virtual Assistants (VA) are independent contractors who provide administrative, creative, and special technical services and may or may not own their own businesses. Virtual Assistants commonly work from their home office. VAs provide their own office equipment and internet service to perform their duties. Virtual assistants work independently or as part of a team.
VAs are problem-solving, professional, and experts in our fields and work on a contract basis only. You are not responsible for paying my taxes, insurance, and typically, my expenses. In rare cases, you may be required to reimburse for some expenses as outlined in the contract). Typically, I do not require training, but in some cases may need a quick run-through on the specialized software you provide.
VAs perform a variety of services and tasks, from administrative to specialized technical. Moore Virtual Solutions specializes in creating, scheduling, and posting content for social media, WordPress website updates, and branded graphic designs. Many entrepreneurs and business owners and start as home businesses and wear all the hats. But no one can do it all. Hire me to take on tasks you dislike doing or no longer have time to do. I typically get tasks done faster allowing you to free up your time to work on income-producing tasks, that serve your customers better.
During our on-boarding process, we will discuss and outline the best ways in which to communicate, the transmission of work, preferred email addresses and other pertinent details relating to the needs of both parties. For best practices, I have found it easiest to communicate via email, telephone, or video conferencing.
Your privacy is important to me; therefore, a non-disclosure clause is included in my contracts. Unless I am issued a court order to testify, your personal and business information will not be disclosed without your written consent.

I invoice my clients at the beginning of the month following the services rendered including my PayPal link. Payment is due upon receipt. At this time, I do not accept any forms of personal or business checks, however, ACH is accepted.
