Truth: I jumped on this entrepreneurial journey when the company I was working for no longer desired our working relationship. It was fine in all honesty. You know how they say, “When one door closes?”
When I stepped out on my own, I began working as a virtual assistant. For my clients, I began providing administrative and customer support, creating Standard Operating Procedures and social media content, as well as managing graphic design projects. To expand on my knowledge about running my own business, I joined the Expert VA® Training program to ensure I was providing the best customer service to my clientele and to become a Certified Virtual Expert®.
And while I was doing all of that, I was also writing my second book, Fiercely Speaking – an Amazon #1 bestseller.
